Charlie Micalef and his team offer an excellent diving and fishing adventure charter business based on the Mornington Peninsula  and also produce a TV series which can now be viewed  on FOXTEL  check you program guide for details and a radio program on 3RPP on Saturday mornings. Both shows are good fun and offer a lot of advice for anglers on the bays and in Victorian waters.
